  • Refunds are only applicable for specific transactions as outlined below.

  • All refund requests must comply with the terms of this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Transactions completed in error due to technical issues on our platform.

  • Duplicate payments or overcharges verified by our team.

  • Non-delivery of services or assets as outlined in the agreement with USVP.

3. Refund Request Process

  • Submit a refund request to info@usvprwa.com with the following details:

    • Full name and contact information.

    • Transaction ID and date.

    • Reason for the refund request.

  • Our team will review your request and respond within 10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Transactions

Refunds are not available for:

  • Transactions completed and verified as accurate.

  • Payments made for services or assets already delivered.

  • Losses or charges due to user error, including incorrect wallet addresses.

5. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take up to 14 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.

6. Limitations and Liability

  • USVP reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

  • Refunds are subject to review, and additional documentation may be required.
